Our standard prices are all-inclusive of inbound*, receiving and picking (one unit), to postage and courier with a high service provider (DPD, Royal Mail). This gives you a true end-to-end fulfilment cost.

Return fee
A return handling fee of £3 is applicable per return.
Courier Surcharges
- International surcharge: courier companies are adding a temporary surcharge onto shipments outside of the UK. Therefore, Rest of the World Shipments will be subject to an international surcharge of £3.92 Per Kilo.
- Fuel surcharge: some courier companies have an additional fee on top of basic shipping rates. These charges are designed to help these carriers cover the costs associated with fuel given the fluctuation in fuel prices.

The first two months are FREE for any item sent in, then storage fees apply depending on how long the item stays in.

• Prices are effective from 1st January 2024.
• At PaakPOD we have a minimum sevice invoice value due monthly off (£300). For more details, please our team.
• 3.5% of the invoice amount will be charged to businesses that choose not to pay by direct debit.1
